Tampa, Fla. (March 18, 2015) – The Friends of Tampa Recreation will once again present the Friday Extra Concert Series – Tampa’s longest running concert series featuring local bands and talent. The 2015 series will include a new location, Water Works Park. The lineup features local artists performing diverse genres of music.
The series will kick-off at the new Water Works Park on April 10, 2015 with additional concerts on April 17 and April 24.
Lowry Park Bandshell will host the remaining concerts on May 1, 8, 15 and 22.
All concerts are scheduled from 7 p.m. -9 p.m. and are free and open to the public.

April 10 Roberto Debourg Band (worldly eclectic) with opening act Francesca (pop/country rock)
April 17 Betty Fox Band (blues) with opening act Shane Meade (folk)
April 24 Save the Radio (rock) with opening act Morgan Bernard (pop/rock).
Lowry Park Bandshell
May 1 La Lucha (jazz) with opening act Bobby G. Summers (R&B/ jazz)
May 8 Soul Circus Cowboys (country) with opening act Zack Biss and Rebekkah Reid (country)
May 15 Crystal Blue (classic rock) with opening act Lasana Bandele (reggae)
May 22 Los Beltran (Latin) with opening act Kike Barrios (Latin)
Concessions are available at all the concerts. Limited free parking is limited.
