Grandparents Day Out: Summer Fun in Tampa Bay 

What a fun time it is when Grandparents take the reins for the day. But a first question I usually get, is what to do?

It’s hot outside in Florida during the summer, so a great place so a summer afternoon is at the mall!  We stumbled upon The Westfield Family Summer series that features some of today’s most beloved characters performing in live stage shows along with character meet-and-greets, crafts, prizes, and special offers and meal deals from participating stores and restaurants. Sounds like a perfect way to spend a summer afternoon with the kids!

We decided to play awhile first at the play area and then had lunch at the food court! Small tables and chairs for little ones are a perfect for the little ones!

 

We made our way over to the Summer Family series and they had fun activities for kids all over!  Legos and Magna-Tiles were a big hit!

Soon after, Bob the Builder came on stage and entertained the crowd with new songs and fun interactive activities for the kids!

Fisher-Price Little People®: Healthy Competition

Get ready for a fun filled day when Eddie & Sofie share their favorite hobbies with their new friends! They will be singing and dancing in their live interactive performance that teaches kids that it is ok for friends to have different interests. The performance will include brand new songs that will get kids up and moving! Eddie & Sofie will also be available to pose with kids and families for photos.Date: Friday July 8th, 2016

BARBIE™: You Can Be Anything

Get ready for a doll-tastic day as Barbie teaches her friends that ‘You Can Be Anything!’ Barbie will inspire children in your town with this new, live interactive performance as it makes its debut at Westfield centers.  Barbie You Can Be Anything features brand new songs that will get kids up and dancing all while discovering that you really can be anything. Barbie will also be available to pose with kids and families for photos after the show.
