The best way to print is to send to your best printer and upload the file. I like to frame it and remove the glass so that I can use it as wall art for the year. Color-code it with markers and assign a color per family member or activity! But most of all, it will help with long-term planning. Block that time on the calendar for a vacation, and when someone asks what you are doing on December 7th, you can know without a doubt what is happening that day.
